Morning sickness life saver
I am currently 8 week and 3 days pregnant and have been having terrible nausea (then the flu on top of that 😭) and finally called my ob yesterday to see if there was anything I could do about it... this is my first baby so a lot of you might know this already but I see a lot of things on here about how to help with morning sickness. My dr told me to take vitamin B6 & unisom, I did it for the first time last night and I feel amazing again!! I also wear my sea bands too but I cannot believe how much it has helped. Unisom is a sleep aid so definitely take it at night and if you get 25 mg of B6 she said you can take it 3-4 times a day, I got 100mg so I’m just taking 1 a day. But it is water soluble so everything you don’t need your body will pee out. Hope this helps someone 😊
