Menstrual cups???

I’m trying to move away from tampons, they’re becoming a pain. I’ve always used tampons vs pads/liners because I am a heavy bleeder. I just recently got interested in cups but I don’t know anyone locally that uses them and I have questions that I can’t really find answers too. So I’m just wondering if anyone who uses/has used one before would be able to answer some of them for me!
