Supplements to help with labor?
I heard that drinking raspberry leaf tea from the end of your second trimester/beginning of your third can strengthen your uterus muscles and make labor much easier. I ordered some because why not? 🤷. I was induced with my first and it took me four days and two rounds of both cervadil and pitocin. I'm praying for an easier labor/delivery this time. What will everyone else be trying??
