I’m in my 18 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I had a stressful situation at work. I went to the bathroom and clean some red/orange light blood coming out from the vagina. Also, I was bleeding in my nose and last for an hour or two. I email my doctor and he just send me monitor the blood and go to ER if becomes intense. I just have a bad headache now.

Does someone had this experience before? What do you recommend me to do?
