Weight loss buddy??
I have always been fit and active but I gained a ton of weight due to medications I was on. Anyways I’m 28 I’m 5’8 and probably 200 pounds..’ I want to wake up and to go the gym before work etc and eat healthy etc and actually do this. I’d love someone to talk to and encourage each other along the way!
