What are signs of autism in a 3 year old?

My daughter just turned 3, and I don’t know if she has autism or if her behavior is a product of her never being around other kids/people. She always makes eye contact, plays with play food and little dolls, lots of pretend play - always makes eye contact, point at what she wants, says a TON of words and some sentences, but repeats a lot. Can shake her head no or say no if she doesn’t want something. She doesn’t have any sensory issues, she loves affection and playing with us. Im concerned because she is afraid if other children approach her, but loves watching them (I’m a SAHM and haven’t put her in daycare, mistake), she also has really bad stranger danger. She loves running around in public and going out and seeing people, but if someone talks directly to her most of the time she’ll whine or be frightened. If she’s being babysat by a family member, she’ll lay on the bed and not eat or drink, strong separation anxiety (due to me sheltering her, I know). She also doesn’t look when I point most of the time, repeats a lot of words/sayings? Anyone give me any input? Or advice if this is her diagnosis? Thank you!

EDIT: also almost a year ago we went to an autism specialist and our daughter was too afraid to be in the room with her for them to have any kind of clue if she had it, as they couldn’t properly test her.

Also plan on slowly introducing daycare or something involving other children soon.
