Tips on eating healthier?

I have struggle with an eating disorder my whole life. It’s taken me years of therapy to overcome the problems which started it. But I’m stuck with the bad habits. I have ADD and anxiety and I struggle a lot with doing every day things. I do work, but my job often takes all the energy I have in me and I end up getting home and just wanting a sandwich or nothing at all. I refuse to diet, but I’ve tried programs and support groups but I just try to eat healthier and then end up either not eating because I’m too tired and anxious, or I will just eat snack food. I try to do healthy swaps and everything. I’ve managed to replace breakfast with a healthy smoothie and cut back on dairy, but even that took me months to implement.

What do you do when support groups, a dietician and 3 ‘health’ programs don’t work?
