I need suggestions on the next step

My fertility specialist gave me an option for the next step If we’re not pregnant by Christmas when AF is due. He said because I’m healthy he’s happy to do two rounds of trigger shot and letrozole before going to iui.. and if that doesn’t work then go to iui but he ALSO said if you’re tired of waiting just go right to iui

I’m pretty conflicted. I’m sure iui is mite effective . But at the same time if I’m healthy enough, I was hoping the medication alone would work. I need help on what to do! Ttc for 15 months and one mc, I’m just ready for it to be my turn :/

Update 1: thanks for your help! I touched base with the office and they should be getting back to me with pricing which may help me make a decision.

****Update 2: it comes to about $5-600 for each but plus another $189 for adding iui... what do you think? So the price difference is a$189..
