Anyone eat this yogurt for the probiotics? I’m on an antibiotic that wipes out all the good bacteria, trying to find a good yogurt or pill for probiotics.

I honestly eat yogurt AND take a daily probiotic whenever I take antibiotics because I have a stomach bacteria that will completely take over and keep me from regrowing good gut flora and make me sooooo sick so I stay up on them!

I just eat Greek yogurt and take a women’s probiotic. Greek yogurt has live cultures which are good for your gut.
