TMI! Outside of vagina is raw

Does anyone know what to do about your vagina being rubbed raw? It's not an infection, its chaffing from increased discharge. The discomfort may also be from how baby is positioned.

I started putting diaper rash cream on it, but I really want quicker relief. OB is closed until Wednesday so I can't get any help until then. I don't think it has been this bad before now.
