Baby fell off couch!!

The title says it all. My four month old rolled off the couch. I had just gotten home and I had gotten her out of her car seat and set her in her boppy lounger and she was sound asleep. I got up and went to hide some of my fiancé’s Christmas presents and he was cooking. He ended up making a loud noise with some pans so I just step back into the living room and she wasn’t on the couch. I freaked out and ran around the couch and she was laying on her back between the ottoman and couch. We have carpet and couch is maybe two feet tall? She didn’t cry and acted like she had just woken up. She was laughing as soon as I picked her up and sat down. She’s been acting normal and has eaten since and doesn’t seem to have a bump and her eyes aren’t dilated. But My anxiety is freaking me out. Of course I google what to look out for and horrible articles came up. I know this happens to almost everyone. It’s just scaring me that she didn’t cry? It seems like everyone else said their little one cried. Ugh I swore it wouldn’t happen to us and it did and now I’m a mess.
