Do I have to start the pill on Sunday? Or any day when my period ends?

Question

So I just started my period on Thursday & they usually last about 4-6 days. 
It tells me I should start the pill the Sunday after my period so should I start them Sunday the 30th or should I just start them this Sunday? 🤔
I am very confused with the starting on Sunday because say I end my period on Monday, then can I start taking the pill Monday or do I have to wait till the next Sunday?

There are 3 ways to start birth control:
* First day: Start with the 21 active pills on day 1 of your period
* First Sunday: Start with the 21 active pills on the first Sunday after your period started
* Quick start: Start with the active pills on any day.
The first day and first Sunday start are the recommended way to start the pill. The quick start is normally for women with long or irregular cycles. Some of the more modern pills also give you protection from day 1 with a first day start. It is all described in the patient insert that comes with the pill pack. If you did not get one, google for “ patient insert pdf”
