Forehead or ear thermometer

I am looking to buy one of those digital thermometers that reads a childs temperature from either forehead or ear..... BUT i need one that doesnt beep.

My dog is super terrified of things that make certain beeping sounds. Like astronomically terrified.

Looking here to see if anyone has one they can reccommend so i dont have to buy a bunch to test and return.
