Does this count as a new pill??

I was on tri linyah but my pharmacy ran out and had to give me something else. They said it’s the same thing, and I checked and it has the same amount of hormones. But this month I haven’t had the symptoms I usually do. I noticed pink in my discharge a few days ago which would’ve been a week before my bleed, my discharge is white/yellow and stretchy, my fave ia breaking out and I’m still 5 days from my bleed, and I haven’t gotten the breast pain like I usually do.. haven’t had sex since September. So is this the pill switch or no? Will my bleed still
