I cant pump and its driving me crazy

I have a medela electric pump. I've tried different sized nipple flanges, mothers milk tea, lactation supplements, pumping at different times of the day, tons of water, and I cant squeeze more than an ounce of of BOTH breasts after 30 minutes of pumping. Am I just someone who isn't able to pump? My babe is eating fine from my breast so I know production isn't the issue, although despite my best efforts I'm never engorged, sometimes I leak a little but never a lot either.
