I made this.. updated!

It took me an hour an a half and I was so proud of this dish. And guess what my husband said “I love you babe but never make this shit for me again” I wanted to cry.

It was fucking delicious but my husband said it was too much work having to carve it himself. So he ended up eating two lunchables and a strawberry milk for dinner.

Like.... ok.

I should have specified in the post they are Cornish game hens. Very small in size compared to a regular chicken and very manageable. Usually served like this.
