It does look like hickey, but also looks a bit like food allergy rash. If food allergies it can present in a lot of ways in the neck, chest and torso. Sometimes bumps are raised and almost colorless. Try to keep food journal; think back on what you ate a few hours to a day before it showed up and see if you find a pattern. Go to Dr if it grows and keep that picture on hand.

Is the rash raised at all can really tell from the pic, can ask if your partner was a bit rough with you while having sex because that pic to me looks like blood to the surface of the skin kind of like a hickey but from where you partner was squeezing!

I’ve had that! It appeared and went by itself and still not sure why it came up in the first place
