I’m planning on having sex with my bf during Jan and he doesn’t like condoms so which method is better

The pill and the patch are about equally effective: typical use for the pill is 90-91%; typical use for the patch is 91%. However, that’s not the only thing to take into account. Which one fits into your lifestyle better? Which one could you use more effectively? Do you have a time in the day where you could consistently take a pill every day? Is there a place on your body where you can safely stick the patch where it won’t get in the way? Whichever fits better into your lifestyle is the better option for you. 
I do, however, recommend using condoms in conjunction with your BC. Both options you are looking at aren’t more than 91% effective with typical use, meaning one in ten women will get pregnant every year using only these BC methods. If you don’t want that one to be you, a condom can help increase your protection.

Bruh if your bf doesn’t like condoms he’s def not gon like a baby 🤷🏻‍♀️ id tell him to suck it up bc a girls gotta protect herself but hey thas just me

It’s personal preference. Both are 99.7% effective at preventing pregnancy when used as directed. Both take no longer than a week to become effective. 
If you can’t remember to take a pill at the same time each day, I’d recommend the patch.
