Sore after a workout from 2 days ago...

I worked out 2 days ago and focused on legs & booty with core work. My quads & abs are still hurting & it’s supposed to be Glute & Hamstring Day. Tomorrow is a Chest and Tris Day with cardio at the gym. Can I still do lower body today or should I focus on upper body instead? And then do lower body with cardio tomorrow? TIA!!
