Birth control pill !!!!!

I been on birth control since 2014 and I took my last pill on November 24,2018 and I honestly been wanting to get off for a long time before and feel so much better since I been off and I’m 23 years old, & want a family soon... how would i know to be able to get pregnant because I still feel that the birth control hasn’t worn off yet ?
