Poppy seeds?? Are they safe?

My step grandmother got me a lovely traditional Hungarian poppy seed roll as a holiday gift. Naturally I ate it all over the course of a week lol. I didn't think anything of it till my mom asked if poppy seeds are ok when pregnant due to their opium creating properties. Now I'm freaking out I did something terrible to my baby. It wasn't like just a few on a bagel. The whole roll was a foot long of poppy seed paste and a light amount of breading. 
Should I be worried??? Or will it be ok for my baby?

Poppy seeds themselves are perfectly safe. They can cause a false positive on a drug screen for opiates, but they themselves are not opiates an will cause no adverse effects to you or baby.

Although the seeds themselves do not contain opiates, they are frequently contaminated with morphine residue during harvesting. Processing removes much of this residue, but it’s not uncommon for trace amounts to remain. Thus, depending on how many poppy seeds were eaten, their country of origin, and the test used, consumption of poppy seeds can indeed cause a urine drug test to register positive for opiates.
