Feeling annoyed about this MMC

I am having a MMC- baby quit growing 3 weeks ago, but my placenta is still growing, and therefore my stomach is getting bigger and my pregnancy symptoms are getting worse because my HCG levels are still going up. I’ve decided to get a D&C but I had decided to wait till after Christmas. Now I’m kind of wishing I would have done it a couple weeks ago. I’m miserable and it just keeps reminding me of our loss.
