What helps you increase milk supply?

When I eat oatmeal I notice my supply is better. What do you do to increase your milk supply.

Lots of liquids,  eating more calories, and a consistent pumping schedule.  If I feel my supply start to dip I will eat oatmeal or drink Gatorade,  but generally its because I haven't eaten/ drank enough or have lengthened the time between pump sessions.

Following because I’ve been trying everything. Oatmeal with flax, beer, Mothers milk tea, water, coconut water, lots of protein. I feel like nothing is working.

Pumping more , water, and i would do a oatmeal bowl for breakfast every morning topped with fruits and flaxseed.
