Pain is crazy

Moms out there please tell me why am I in so much pain it feels like a very sharp pain that goes down to my vj (sorry tmi) but the pain is crazy it gives me the urge to push but I went to the hospital and they told me it was round ligament pain but I don’t think that’s what it is my lil girl is pushing and the pain starts and I can’t take the pain I don’t wanna go to the hospital and they tell me the same thing over again any advice what it can really be
