Sex on Period and Nexplanon

I got my period on wednesday and got nexplanon inserted on thursday (day 2 of my period).

I had sex on Saturday with my partner and I was still on my period (day 4 of my period).

Will I be okay? I read that nexplanon is effective immediately if implanted within the first 5 days of my period. And I also read in general, I am less likely to get pregnant when having sex on my period. (yes I know there is still a chance).

Anyone on nexplanon can share their experience having unprotected sex within the first few days of having nexplanon
