My plan was to give birth to my son unmedicated. After 38 hrs of labor, my body and mind were so tired, I was ready for an epidural. An hour and a half after, he was born. It was a beautiful experience. It was hard but so worth it. I was dialated all the way to a 9 before doing the epidural. I've never felt so proud of myself and even with the epidural I was proud. I hope we all can appreciate what our bodies can do. I'm so grateful for my new little son, he is the biggest gift God has ever given me ♡
