Questions?!?!?! Help!

Question

anyone ever have an ectopic pregnancy after getting Mirena IUD surgically removed?! 
Please list symptoms & experiences ❤️ 
I am very scared that i’m having a tubal pregnancy and I obviously know to go to the doctors if i get to feeling really horrible... I just need some advice and answers to put my mind at ease! Dr. Internet does not do the mind any good 😓

I had the mirena iud  and suffered an ectopic pregnancy last year that resulted in losing my right fallopian tube n left my other one damaged n I was told that I wasnt going to be able to have any more kids but to our surprise I got pregnant a month later n I just gave birth this year to a healthy baby girl and my main symptoms were cramping on one side only and I felt super bloated it hurt and nothing fit and i couldnt have sex since it was painful and I told the doctor but he just said it was a normal symptom which i thought it was wierd
