my mom caught me sneaking in !!

my mom caught me sneaking in the house around 6 am from my boyfriends house. i said that me snd him just got donuts and he dropped me back off. i’m so scared, what should i do?? do i text her and explain what happened or do i wait till she brings it up to me? she seemed upset and confused. i have this typed out:

around 550 he asked me if i wanted to get donuts with him and i was still tired so i said sure and i didn’t think anything of it. and all day he’s going to be with his mom shopping so i thought getting donuts would be fine. i was going to come and ask you but i didn’t want to wake you up. it was the donut shop down the street and i was back home at 620. i’m sorry and i shouldn’t of just left and not of told y’all. i feel bad and it won’t happen again.
