Progesterone?

My ob says they won’t put you on progesterone until 16 weeks pregnant. I’m not a hundred percent if that’s what’s wrong with me or not, she has me taking baby aspirin. I’ve had 3 miscarriages before this all ending around 6 or 7 weeks, two I even saw the heartbeat 😭 I’m hoping this bean is sticky 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Could me having chlamydia the last two miscarriages be what caused them? or anyone have multiple miscarriages around the same amount of time and finally carry a baby to full term? Any stories or anything?
