I need help!!

I was on the progesterone only pill for 3 months but I had to change because I developed a cyst that was causing me too much discomfort. I went into the combination pill which stopped my pains but during my break week I kept getting extremely painful cramps. I also kept getting small pains in my leg now and then so I started to get scared I’d develop DVT so I stop taking the pill a week and a half before my break week.

I think it’s been a month now and I haven’t gotten my period, my cyst has come back and I still get weird pains in my leg.

Does anyone know when I’d get my period back, when my cyst should go and why I’m still getting these pains?😅
