Confused and hopeful!

Hi! So my period was due 4 days ago. I am past day 36 of my cycle,(though this is not irregular. I have been off bc since may, and my periods seem very irregular) and up until yesterday I didn't have any signs of my period. Yesterday, I had light pink spotting and I was sure I'd start my period, but I didn't, in fact it went away all together, and now today I have dark red blood/discharge.

I have been trying to get pregnant for a while, and have had 2 previous miscarriages. I'm one of those people who overreacts at little signs/symptoms, but other than late period:

-I got pretty badly sick at 4 am on the 18th, and ended up in the er at 1am on the 19th. I was perfectly fine the next day. (I also had a fever of 102°)

-random bursts of nausea throughout the day.

-hot flashes

Ive had other symptoms but I wont list each and every one. Does this seem like it could be my rainbow baby??
