Miscarriage on Christmas

Last week I went in for my first prenatal visit they told me they wanted to do a ultrasound but they couldn’t see anything they took my blood about 2 days ago and my hcg level went down . That broke my heart so bad but I still had hope . Today I couldn’t even move I was in so much pain I went downstairs to go to the bathroom and when I wiped there was so much blood . I look in the toilet and I’m pretty sure I seen my baby😞💔 I’m in so much pain physically and mentally . I really just need some prayers for strength. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and it was supposed to be another ultrasound idk what they will do now . My mind is everywhere. 🥺
