I think my nipple piercing has caused something and I'm freaking out.

Okay ladies so here's the deal. I got my nipples pierced on November 1st and I have had zero issues with them, thank God, until now.

About a week ago, my niece jumped up onto me and it pulled bar around quite a bit under my bra. It was sore, but I figured it would go away. Now its quite a bit later and my piercing sitw itself is totally fine. But underneath my areola it is unusually extra warm to the touch and there is some swelling that I can only feel and not see. There also seems to be a knot/lump on the inside. It's not putting me into any excruciating pain, but it's definitely noticeable and uncomfortable. I can't tell if this is from my piercing or I'm having other issues going on. I plan on calling my piercer tomorrow to ask him about it, but The longer I wait, it just seems to get worse and I would be lying if I said that I was not concerned. Is this normal piercing infection?? Should I be super concerned??
