How to tell someone that I want them to get tested before I sleep with them?

I have been talking to this guy for 6 months now I want to wait and not rush into sex so how can I tell him I don’t want to have sex with him till he gets checked for everything I have been checked for everything already so I don’t feel like I need to go back in to get retested since I have not had sex since last time I was tested.

Well, just say it. If you're able to consider having sex with this person you should be able to talk about it.
But I would say, if it were me personally, and some guy was all "i want you to get tested, but I am not going to get tested again, you just need to believe me that I haven't had sex since these results months ago".  I'd probably find that pretty sketchy. I think you ask him and if he wants you to do the same for his peace of mind you offer him the same respect you expect in this situation and you go get tested for his peace of mind as well instead of just expecting him to take your word for it...

You just tell him. If he cares about you and wants to move forward then he’ll have no issue with it. 
When I met my husband, we talked for several months, went on several dates and when I felt we were getting closer to the next level, I told him I wanted him tested before we moved forward. He was very sweet about it and went the next day to have a full panel done. He even got his doctor to print out all results with a signature at the bottom. 
We’ve been married for 7 years and together for almost 10 now ☺️

Just be straightforward! You want to be safe and there’s no beating around the bush about it. Ask him when’s the last time he got tested or bring up that you just got tested.

I did the same thing with my now fiancé. When we both knew we wanted to have sex, we discussed it as adults. I told him I wanted to sleep with him, but that I wanted to wait until we both got tested & shared our results. He knew I only had two partners before him- and he many more partners. He agreed and told me that was a good, responsible idea. And so we did :) 
We showed our results to each other on our next date & that night we did the deed for the first time. That may sound a little weird... but who cares? It felt great having that extra security. 
A man worth your time will respect that you respect yourself & want to get tested before sleeping with a new partner. If he says no, that’s a huge red flag. Good luck!

I’m a nurse and I texted my BF after a few months before we had sex “Hey babe I just had my yearly and got tested at it, can you make an appt with your doctor and have these tests done too? Thanks 💋” And then I named them all out so he had them written down and bc if you don’t ask for each test specifically they won’t run them all.
