My ex asks to meet up..

So me and my ex has broken up for 2 years now. He has a girlfriend now. During our relationship he was very obsessed with me which is why we broke up in the first place.

He was overly clingy and after we broke up he kept coming to my house and even went to my school and wait until I got out of school because I refused to meet him. He is like that too with his new gf. He always posts about her every single day, taking random candid pictures of her and posting her on his story.

I didn't block him though, but we haven't talked in ages. I went to away for uni and now I'm 20. I was with him when I was 17-18.

Now I'm back during the break and he found out from my instagram story. He asked to meet up with me, I don't know if I should. Is it okay? Or will it cause more problems?
