Best brands for sensitive skin?

What are the best soaps and lotions for babies with really sensitive skin??
I've tried the Baby Dove tip to toe wash for sensitive skin fragrance free and it gave her a rash and now I've been using Cetaphil baby ultra moisturizing wash and she is getting bad rashes from it too. I thought cetaphil was supposed to be really good for sensitive skin babies so now I'm not sure what to try next!
Also any lotion recommendations? Right now I have Aveeno Baby daily lotion fragrance free, hypoallergenic. It seems to be fine but if you know of anything better please share!!

My babies have all had very sensitive skin. The only thing that doesn’t make them break out is off brand Johnson’s wash. And I just stopped using lotion at all, they don’t have super dry skin anyways. When absolutely needed I use eucerin for eczema.

Have you tried Honest products or Eucerin? Our daughter uses Baby Dove Body Wash and lotion, however when she was really young, she had a little skin irritation (which came from me eating natural almonds so I had to cut those). We used Eucerin for a while and it really helped. I also heard Aquaphor was good.👍🏾

The only lotion I’ve had luck with is the brand “Made of” Its an organic lotion meant for eczema, but it works great as a regular lotion. Before I discovered that brand I tried Aveeno, baby Dove, Baja Baby, Puracy, Babyganics, and Shea Moisture. I had issues with all of them on my sensitive guy, so we used plain coconut oil before I found Made of.  
As for baby wash, most of the ones I’ve tried are okay, but Babo Botanicals, Angel Baby, and Baja Baby have been my favorite so far.
