Steps to combat PCOS?

I haven’t been formally diagnosed but from everything I have read I am guessing that’s what the dr will tell me when I see her in a few weeks. 
What helped you PCOS ladies with promoting ovulation? Eventually conceiving? I know I am capable since I have an almost 2 year old but I’m beginning to think it was sheer luck. Hit the 12 month mark of TTC in December

Keto! It has worked wonders for many ppl I know get pregnant. Both with and without PCOS. I got pregnant on the pill while both my husband and I were doing it. My SIL just got pregnant on it too after struggling with infertility for years.

I have pcos too. Been having unprotected sex for about 2 years now and no pregnancies. My periods have been all over the charts. I know the struggle. Especially with a hubby that wants a baby as much as I do and his family constantly asking. 
What has helped me regulate my period is diet. Cutting out meat and slowly dairy. Supplements 😊 Zinc & Magnesium. Hydration! Good sleep. Less stress. Walks. 
It’s the little things that will add up slowly. Baby will come. 
Track your cycles. Go to the doctor in 6 months if no pregnancy happens, in the mean time get your body in a great state of health. 
He or she will refer you to a fertility specialist and worse comes to worse put you on clomid to induce ovulation. 
Have hope. 💙😊
