Can headache be the first sign of pregnancy as in 1st week of pregnancy

I am having headaches since 3 dpo on n off.. never felt so before. I have headache in PMS but that’s only a day or two days prior to periods.. currently I am 7 dpo.. the headache started again 3 hrs back.. does not get relieved until I take a medicine.. anyone had such symptom and then got a positive result. Please share!
