Switching birth control pills

Hey everyone, I switched the type of pill I took about two months ago. I experienced spotting for a week for the first month, but not during my placebo pills. And then never had my period. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. It has now been another month since then, and the same thing has happened. Should I be concerned that I’m pregnant or do you think it’s just from switching pills? Thank you!!
