Mongolian spots, and cys

So i was at the er with my little man who is about to be two. He is a child of color so he has little black an blue spots all over him called Mongolian spots. He has them on his back, two on his arm an a spot on his belly. This uneducated nurse decided to call cys on me saying i wqs abusing my son. Well the next day a cys representative knocked on my door saying she would like to talk as well as see my son......i wanted to tell her kick rocks but because i have nothing to hide i invited her up. She complimented my home told me my son an daughter were beautiful i said thank you an then asked what the reason for rhe visit was. She proceeded to tell me there was a report made by a nurse at the hospital and asked to see my sons back an arms. She stated there was a concern for abuse due to black an lue marks on him. I took his shirt off an showed her his back arms an belly this cys worker is also a person of color an recognized the spots as Mongolian spots immediately. She said i seen all i needed stated that the cal was un warranted an said continue being a good mom an left i got a letter in the mail that said basically there os no open case for me wjth cys. I just wanna know if it was legal for them to do this? Could i sue for deformation of character? I get she was doing her job but as a nurse in a predominantly black community you should have knowledge about Mongolian spots. This caused me so much stress because i love my kids an never would harm them hell i was told i could never have kids so for me to be blessed with 2 why in the hell would i hurt them when i literally prayed for them smfh i hate ppl sometimes. I literally cried for 2 hours after the whole ordeal because i thought she was gonna take my child over some uneducated girl not knowing what she was talking about. Has anyone ever had or experienced something like this if so how did you deal an manage because im so pissed about it an the cys worker would not give me a name im ready to sue the nurse and have the courts subpoena the girl who made the claim. Sorry for the rant this was just a stressful annoying situation.
