Sudden Lack of Nausea?

I had a chemical pregnancy back in April. I should be 7+5 today, and I've been having pretty bad nausea for a couple weeks. It's been getting progressively worse, with yestersay being the worst overall, until today. Today is has been significantly better (like BARELY there). Nothing about my diet has changed. I've been in bed most of the day, and I've been pretty stressed working on insurance paperwork. I thought my levels were good because my positive tests were very positive, and one of which was digital. Has anyone had a dip in nausea and been okay? I'm so worried about my little Gummy Bear

Symptoms aren’t a very accurate indicator of how your pregnancy is going. Only blood tests monitoring HCG levels (if your doctor decides to do that for you) & ultrasounds can determine if a pregnancy is healthy. Try to relax & enjoy your baby. I know it’s hard, especially after a loss. If it makes you feel better, I worried about the same thing with my current pregnancy. I lost my first baby, & I always had a queasy stomach & acne with that pregnancy. This time around, my symptoms only struck me every now & then. I felt good, & I wondered if it was TOO good. My little boy is doing great, though! 17w+6d. Healthy heartbeat at every exam, & two healthy ultrasounds. I go for my anatomy scan in January.

I’m in a similar boat. I had severe nausea from 6 weeks all the way through my second trimester with my two successful pregnancies. Now I’m 7+1, had nausea during week 5 through 6+1, small amount of brown spotting on 6+2 and nothing since and no nausea since so it has me super anxious. Luckily my viability scan is today, so hopefully we get to see a heartbeat and be reassured.
