I am on birth control due to menstrual pain Issues so I don't bleed much and then I went to change my panty liner and this came out! I don't know what it is is it normal? Its like brown with clearish blood

That looks like a blood clot. Blood clots are normal and happen to a lot of women. Blog clots are more common when your flow is heavier.

It may just be old blood and some clotting coming out. I rarely get a period and when I go it’s brownish blood with random clotting. Keep and eye on it and your symptoms though
