Acne after stopping birth control

I recently got off the patch in July. I was on birth control for 6 years. I was on different pills, IUD, Nuva Ring, and the patch in that time. I have never had acne before except on the IUD which resolved after getting it out. I would maybe have a pimple here and there but now my face is breaking out with pimples, some cystic acne, and bumps all over my chin and cheeks and some on my forehead. It started about 2 weeks ago. Is there anything I should be taking OTC or face washes/ creams I should try? I have sensitive skin but my skin seems to be getting worse.
