Bad cramps when I have a bowel movement
My bowel movements haven’t been consistent. I’ve been waking up in the night with bad pains in my lower pelvic area, they aren’t the same poo pains I had when not pregnant. They feel like bad period cramps. When I get up and have a bowel movement, the pains go away. What is going on?
