Puppy

I need some tips on raising a border collie pup. She’s five weeks old and she is so hard to deal with. I haven’t got much sleep Bc she keeps whining in her cage. I can’t let her sleep out of the cage at night yet since she is so small and I have too cats and we don’t want her to get into anything. She just constantly whines. Help!!!
