Is it normal

Just had my Af it ended yesterday. Today i get into shower came to sit down on the couch (guess you can say i plopt on the couch) i felt extreme pain kinda felt like my overy or uterus then i felt wet so i go to the bathroom n im bleeding again still in severe pain while i was on toilet pain in my lower stomach n vag. I wiped & a huge clot came out wth im 32 with 4 kids & never had this before... Im clueless on what this could be caused by....... Help!!!!!??!??!??!
