Temping at same time daily or after waking from solid sleep?
I have an alarm set at the same time every day (5:50am), however, on weekdays my alarm starts at 5:30 and then I snooze until 5:50 and then take my temp. Would it be more consistent if I took it at 5:30 every day instead? Does the snoozing for 20 mins really make that big of a difference? Also, sometimes I roll around awake even before my alarm even goes off. So is it better to just take it when I wake up or at the same time every day? Thanks!!!!
