Possible for 5 month old to have separation anxiety?

I was wondering if it’s possible for a 5 month old to have separation anxiety? Just recently, my daughter will cry sometimes scream when I leave the room. She also cries when my husband tries to play with her and stops when I carry her. I guess I assumed since she was in daycare all this wouldn’t happen since she’s around other people besides us. I also didn’t think separation anxiety can start this early...thought it happens when they’re 9-12 months old. Has this happened to your LOs early on?
