Need help

So on 12/25 I got my very faint positive. Now 2 days later I dont feel like it's going up and I started spotting brown yesterday. It's only when I wipe. Can you please tell me any experiences you guys have had with this. I have had 6 reoccurrent miscarriages. I'm currently on 400mg of progesterone per day 200 2x a day. And I have pretty noticeable ovary twinges. These are pregmate tests I have never used them before and idk how the line is supposed to go.
