Spotting , birth control , pregnancy

I just started birth control on the depovera shot about a month ago, almost a 3 weeks ago I had sex and now my periods 21 days late. I haven’t got my period since I’ve taken the shot though. I woke up today spotting and through out the day lightly. Should I be worried about pregnancy?
